Indy race at long beach?
Many IndyCar Series drivers were able to make the overnight flight to Long Beach. The teams had to stay in Japan. Where did many of the teams go to watch the Long Beach event? (2 words)

A bar called 'The Drunken Duck'.

Etzman is correct. Those drivers (and crews) that stayed behind went to a bar in the Motegi area called "The Drunken Duck". Jack Arute mentioned this place during the Long Beach race. I believe equipment was to make it back to Indianapolis Int'l late Monday or Tuesday. Mind you, they have a quick turnaround time to head to Kansas City for this Sunday's race. As for those that flew back immediately after the race (I know of 4 - Patrick, Castroneves, Wheldon, & Dixon), I believe all four of them made it in time to see some or all of the race from the paddock or the announcers booth. I'm pretty sure Tony George also made it back in time at the end, since he was in Kevin Kalkhoven's suite after the race. I'm only guessing how much saki was swigged on the "Air Tranica" flight back, since Kanaan gave Danica a big bottle of saki, and made sure Wheldon & Dixon knew they should help her celebrate. (BTW ... in a late-night interview with an Indy TV station - she took off her sunglasses for about 3 seconds - at the request of Curt Cavin. Yup ... bloodshot. Not sure if it was the lack of sleep or the saki talking due to celebrating. Either way, she was still enjoying the moment.)

Now that we know where the teams got to watch the live race from, we'd like to know when We (the fans) will get to watch live races (besides the nearly-inaccessible ESPN2.) (This is a rhetorical question: A slam on the poor media representation of a large faction of the IRL's 2008 schedule.)
