International flight, with long layovers (w/14-week)?
My husband and I will have to take a long International flight (China-West Palm Beach, FL) with 3 layovers, and two of them, Seoul and LAX, are 12hrs and 11hrs. My baby boy will be 14 weeks then. Anyone had this kind of experience? Any tips can share with me? Thanks! p.s. I took a 2.5hrs trip with him at 9-week... but this will be much longer

Oh wow! All I know is that on long flights I've noticed the airline have a little crib for your baby, so you won't have to hold him (you probably know this, but just in case.) The toughest part is coming down to land, your little boy won't be expecting his ears to pop and become quite distressed. Perhaps check with on the airline website to see if they have any ideas for medicine/tips etc. As for your layover, try to keep him as active as possible so that both you and he can rest when you're back on the plane. He'll have a bit of a rough time, but you're the one I really feel for. And **** any passengers who have a problem with his crying! lol

Well at least your little one is little enough to still want to sit with you and play instead of running around. As for his ears popping, you can try to give him something to drink when your going up or down, even just a bottle of water will make him swallow and will make his ears adjust. Good luck.
